This wedding was such a memorable event to witness and I feel so fortunate to have been their choice to cover it. Suzanne and Mike's big day was the kind of perfect that you read about in magazines... a sunny, bright blue sky, 70 degrees, a storybook location filled with all their friends and family. And all this in April! Unbelievable. Their bridal party was a blast and all were up for anything in the name of great photos. Suzanne was a flawless bride (complete with rockin' purple shoes!) and Mike agreed to everything we asked of him (thanks for all the extra photos, Mike!). Add to all that the fact that I sort of knew the family having shot Suzanne's cousin Carolyn's wedding, one of my faves of the '06 season. And this wedding, like that one, was a blast, with everyone laughing and dancing long after I left for the night. Like I said, perfect.
